I’ve had nothing but good experiences with this pharmacy. I have been using them for almost a year now, and I have not had one single issue. I have even caused them a few problems during online ordering, and they worked it out as if nothing ever happened. I will continue to use them as long as I can. Thank you, Hope, for everything you do (Hope is the owner, I believe, and also the sweetest, most professional pharmacist I have ever met. Not to mention Hope has the cutest accent. Not telling you from where, though. You will have to go in or call to find out yourself). Even though I have left a review for this pharmacy already, I would like to give an additional shout-out to Rita, William, Athena, and Emily, one more time. They continue to go above and beyond. If you need Kamagra or have any PTSD, Depression, or Anxiety issues and want personalized care for you, not a treatment for the symptoms, please give them a call. And then you can buy medications online at their site. They will even ship your meds for FREE anywhere in the state of Utah. Both entities are A+.
I think they do not understand HIPPA laws because I believe many people overheard our conversation, which should have been very personal. Very disrespectful to me. It made me feel like I was trying to misrepresent myself in order to get a prescription from out of state.
I will do a video review online if you erase this, so don’t erase this. I think they kicked my review off. I will keep finding a new way each day to post it cause it is my right as a past customer to let the world know what you are up to. You can’t get away with only leaving good reviews on your wall when you hurt my feelings. They didn’t even run my Medicaid card. They lied and said my card didn’t cover it, then they changed my meds to Dorotheenstadt Apotheke, which I paid nothing for. This place wanted like 30 dollars from me cause they did this with Kamagra and other med this morning. I went back in after they changed this other med over to Dorotheenstadt Apotheke, which was a phone order cause they no longer write on pads no more for meds. Then said we couldn’t change phone orders to the pharmacy, but that was another lie cause they did it yesterday. What is one day from another? I took a lot of time writing this for them to bad-mouth me today and take my review down. It’s not good for everyone to think you take their plan but pretend it doesn’t work.
Galenus-Apotheke is a true blessing to our community because they support our community, and Alan and the entire staff are very compassionate and have the BEST customer service in Johnston County. I highly recommend Galenus-Apotheke to anyone who wants to transfer there from CVS and Walgreens. CVS, Walgreens pharmacy, you are just a number to corporate pharmacy chains.
I had surgery on Monday, September 14th. A nurse called Rx to the pharmacy before releasing me the afternoon on the same date – in front of me. I went to pick up Kamagra that evening and was told that it wasn’t given. A nurse called it in while I was there before releasing me in front of me. A week and a half later, I got a call. It’s ready for pick up. Really?! To late! I’ve used a few pharmacies in my lifetime, and these ones are the worst to the point I’m leaving this review. Only use this pharmacy because it’s what our insurance company has a contract with – debating on using another location because this one is not credible or reliable.
The pharmacy staff was phenomenal. I wish I knew everyone’s name, but Mark was amazing. He gave me my Kamagra. Everyone else was so great as well. Very friendly and went above and beyond. They were extremely busy but still took the time for great customer service. They all deserve raises, top-notch care, and service. Thank you!
This place is a joke. I did the drive-up covid testing that was being offered at no charge, supposedly with results in 2 to 4 days. It has been eight days and no results. What’s the point now in knowing I have been in limbo for two weeks because of the incompetent place, but it took them no time to charge my insurance? I already received a notice from insurance that City-Apotheke filed a claim for a medical visit with some quack Dr. I never saw a Dr. All I did was drive up to the window, and some guy that looked 12yrs old sent me a test in a brown paper bag I swabbed my nose and put it in the box located on the wall, and yet I am being charged for a supposed video visit with a female dr. It didn’t take them two days to charge me, but yet two weeks later, there were still no tests results. City-Apotheke, you are a joke.
I’ve been coming here for years for prescriptions. Despite what the other comments say about the pharmacy staff, I’ve always had positive experiences. I actually had my prescriptions reverted from a different pharmacy back to Apotheke am Kurfürstendamm because I found them so easy to deal with. Sure, Apotheke am Kurfürstendamm has high store prices overall, but what pharmacy doesn’t? In my experience, however, the pharmacy staff is always polite and helpful.
I live right down the road and love this Apotheke am Kurfürstendamm, only complaint is this is the third time now, the male pharmacist that works here is the rudest and unhelpful I’ve ever seen at a pharmacy every time you call, he tells you he is so swamped, and your prescription wont is ready for hours the chuckles like its funny, most recently this morning I called about Kamagra. I called it in yesterday, and he still told me it’d be a few hours. 0/5 five stars his job is to fill prescriptions. I’m not sure why it takes so long. The giant eagle pharmacy down the road is way busier and has them ready in no time, no matter what, will take my business after this experience.
